{trip} Seoul, Kyoto and Tokyo. 11 – 20 April 2015

We always love Japan, so this time just me and hubby went to Japan. But before we went to Seoul first, hubby need to work :)
It was such a wonderful trip for us :)

Arrived at Seoul night time. We stayed at Hotel Mercure Sodowe.

This day I went with hubby.
-Lunch: Korea Galbi Restaurant, Nonhyeon station exit 2
-We went to Hyundai Mall at Apgujong station
-We went to N Seoul Tower and put the lock :)
-Dinner: Restaurant near our hotel mercure soware

This day I went by myself because hubby need to work. I went to:
-Gyeongbok Palace
-Myeongdong and had lunch here
I had dinner with hubby, his cousin and his employee at the restaurant near our hotel.

I also went alone today. Here’s what I did:
-Went to Hyundai Mall again at Apgujeong Station
-Brunch & Dinner at Subway restaurant near Nonhyeon station. Yup I made the effort to go back and forth :D
-Went to Shinsegae Mall in Myeongdong
-Went to Avenue L, Lotte Young Plaza, Lotte Dept Store, and H&M in Myeongdong area also.

-Yongin MBC dramia & korean folk village tour (with Lorraine and Harold, pilot of hawaiian airlines)
-Dropped off in insadong
-Had afternoon sandwich at subway in insadong
-met with hubby at lotte world mall in jamsil
-dinner at restaurant near hotel, I ate soft tofu stew…yummy

Time to say goodbye to Seoul and we went to Japan…yippie :)
We arrived at Narita and went straight to Kyoto by Shinkansen. Arrive in Kyoto around 11.30 PM. We stayed at Mitsui Garden Hotel Kyoto Shinmachi Bettei.

-sannen zaka & ninen zaka street
-yasaka shrine
-gion, here we had coffee
-dinner di miyabian kyoto rokkaku

-checked in Dai-Ichi Tokyo Hotel
-strolled around Ginza
-dinner at restaurant near hotel

-then to omotesando, had lunch at subway restaurant (yup we loooovvvee Subway…hahaha)
-strolled around omotesando, harajuku and shinjuku
-after that we went to akihabara and had dinner near akihabara station

{health} Yoga

I’ve been doing yoga for quite some time…errr around 5 months if I’m not mistaken. I do the yoga privately with my friends and the teacher also my friend. So it is fun actually, doing something healthy with your best friends.
Before I did try yoga at some gym center, but I didn’t find it interesting. So I thought hey yoga is not my thing. Butttt after my best friend asked me to do the yoga together privately with a teacher and after 3 months then I am beginning to love yoga. Now I am totally in love with yoga thanks to Sherley and Novi 😘😘
I am still learning and not yet a pro…still newbie ☺️

Young Living Essential Oils

Waaaaaaa udah lama banget nih ga posting dimarii :D
Sibukkk sibukkk yoga (ceilahh pdhal seminggu 2 kali doang sih) & baby number 2 yg sebenernya udah ga baby sihh, udah 15 bulan juga…heheheh.
Eniwei buswayyy gw lagi seneng banget sama yang namanya Young Living Essential Oils nih.
Oposehhhh Young Living Essential Oils ituhhh?
Nahhh yang dulu-dulu gw tau itu essential oil tuh minyak buat wangi-wangian ruangan, yang mana itu minyak ditetesin di keramik yg bawahnya dipakein lilin, dipanasin lah begituh. Nahhh kalo Young Living Essential Oils ini ternyata fungsinya bukan hanya untuk wangian-wangian ajah namunnnn bisa juga untuk menjaga kesehatan tubuh dengan cara dioles langsung, dihirup, diteteskan ke air minum (tp harus pake gelas yah, ga boleh plastik), dan di ‘diffuse’. Nah di diffuse ini semacam pembakaran tp bukan dibakar….nah looo bingung kann…hahaha sama sih gw jg bingung jelasinnya. Pokoke begitulah didiffuse dahh yahh pake alat nyang namanya diffuser :D
Terkadang juga Young Living essential oil ini gw tetesin di kapsul kosong trus gw minum deh…hehehehe.
Banyak fungsinya Young Living Essential Oils, bisa untuk jaga kesehatan, numbuhin rambut, melangsingkan badan, buat supaya badan ga pegel-pegel, buat pijet, buat skin care, buat bunuh bakteri-bakteri dan virus yang berterabaran di udara, banyak deh. Nahhh macemnya juga banyak, terbagi 2 macem: single oils dan blend oils. Yang single oils contohnya lemon, lavender, peppermint, dsbnya yang mana beda oil beda fungsi. Trus kalo yang blend oils contohnya Digize, Panaway, Thieves, dll. Nahhh kalo mau tanyaaa-tanyaaa bisa email gw di mrsrance (at) yahoo (dot) com yahhh. Buanyakk banget soale :D
Nahhh sering tuh gw suka kalo mo sakit, kalo udah gejala-gejala tenggorokan sakit, langsung deh gw oles2 Thieves oil di telapak kaki, terusnya gw diffuse deh thieves oil di kamar & di ruang tamu sesering mungkin. Ditambah gw tetesin Thieves, Oregano, Frankincense di kapsul kosong trus minum deh sehari 2 kali pagi malem. Biasanya sih cukup minum 2 kali karena abis itu ga sakit lagi tenggorokan gw.
Young Living Essential Oils ini mantep banget dehh…kepake banget di kehidupan gw sehari-hari.

{event} Victoria Beckham come to Jakarta

Tuesday, 13 May 2014, Victoria Beckham @ On Pedder Plaza Indonesia, Jakarta.
Wohoooo I am very happy to get the chance to meet Victoria Beckham herself. Never crossed in my mind that I would meet her in person and so close. Owww owww I am still speechless. I took a photo with her but I still have to wait from the On Pedder. VB also signed my bag. Ohh yess I am really happy :) I went there with my bestfriend…we had such an unforgetful event that night.
I also took a photo with Ken Paves…he’s my favorite also since Jessica Simpson era. His works are really amazing, now I wish someday he can cut my hair :) always watch him at style network.

{Maximus} 6 months

Yay hari ini hari Sabtu tanggal 22 Februari 2014 Max pas 6 bulan. Jadi hari ini pertama Max MPASI alias makan perdana. Awalnya sempet deg-deg-an Max ga mau, tp Alhamdulillah puji Tuhan berhasil Max mau makan. Makanan pertamanya wortel dicampur asip. Habis sebanyak 6 sendok makannya Max. Kebetulan banget bisa pas juga bikinnya dapet 6 sendok. Ada semburan dikitt tp ga signifikan sih semburannya :D overall Max & mommy so happy today. Semoga kedepannya lancar-lancar terus :)

{Beauty} What acne breakouts mean

Here are what your breakouts are telling you in five different zones of your face:

1. Forehead. Breakouts across the forehead are often triggered by stress or sleep deprivation. Make sure to log 7 to 9 hours of beauty rest a night to keep your forehead clear.

2. Above the brow. The area above the brow is affected by your immune system. Breakouts here tend to happen right before, after, or during a cold or flu. If you notice a breakout in this zone, slow down for a couple days, drink plenty of water and eat these 10 immune boosting foods.

3. Between brows. Breakouts between the brows can be caused by overindulgence of unhealthy foods or a food allergy. Cutting back on sugar, dairy, rich foods, and alcohol can help clear up skin in this zone.

4. Cheeks. Your cheeks are linked to your respiratory system. Smoking or breathing polluted air can cause breakouts here.

5. Side of chin. The sides of your chin are affected by hormones. Breakouts here occur around the time of your period and happen on one side or another depending on which ovary is ovulating that month.

{Maximus} Breastfeeding…

Kali ini gw mau cerita soal ASI.
Waktu Max lahir sih campur antara ASI sama sufor, krn Max lama di NICU. Nah pas pulang ke rumah, bersyukur banget bisa kasih Max full ASI sampai Max umur 5 bulan. Selama menyusui gw jarang banget pergi, bisa diitung dengan jari. Kenapa? Karena kalo pompa dapetnya ga mencukupi kebutuhan Max. Sehari cuma bisa pompa pagi doang itupun cuma dapetnya berkisar 90ml – 160ml. Jadi gw prefer untuk menyusui langsung. Nah seminggu setelah Max ulang bulan yang kelima, tiba-tiba ASI gw menyusut, ga tau kenapa, mungkin karna ga minum mama soya selama 2 hari atau karena datang bulan. Jadilah dikasih suplemen susu formula. Wahhh Max ga mau dikasih similac…nangis2 dia. Sedih banget deh…disusuin langsung ehhh boobiesnya* tongpesss :( terpaksa deh semua sufor gw beli: s26, enfamil, enfamil soya, nutribaby, anmum, Nan. Semua Max ga mau kecuali si Nan ternyata Max mau, walopun ngasihnya juga yang rada susah, mau-mau enggak gituh. Agak lega dan tenang jadi Max ga bakal kelaperan, dan ini bikin gw jadi ga stress. Karena kalo gw stress yang ada malah bikin produksi ASI gw menurun kan. Oh iya kenapa gw ga kasih ASIP ajah daripada sufor…ya karena gw ga punya stok ASIP, boro-boro mompa, disusuin langsung ajah masih kekurangan si Max.

Akhirnya gw curhat, nah sama temen-temen disuruh ke klinik laktasi. Sore itu juga gw langsung ngacir ke St. Carolus gading serpong. Yg lagi tugas suster Eka. Trus ditanyalah kan ya sama si suster & gw cerita panjang kali lebar :D
Wejangan dari suster Eka:
1. Harus banyak makan sayur yang berwarna hijau, sop-sop berkuah
2. Banyak makan kacang-kacangan, boleh kacang hijau, kacang kulit, dan lain-lain
3. Hanya minum air putih sehari minimal 3 liter, ga boleh soda, teh, kopi
4. Positive thinking ASInya selalu cukup untuk baby kita
5. Kalo boobs* kanan yang di susuin, setelahnya boobs kiri kudu diperah pake tangan alias marmet, jangan dilihat berapa banyaknya, begitu pula sebaliknya kalo yang disusuin boobs kiri, setelahnya boobs kanan yang diperah

Sekarang lagi dilakuin ke 5 poin diatas plus tiap hari minum suplemen utk ASI seperti lactamam, fenugreek, asifit, gaia lactation support, moloco, milmor nf. Mudah-mudahan produksi ASInya berkecukupan untuk baby Max…Aminn.
