{cooking} My Martabak Mini

Lg in the mood masak2. So kemaren bikin ikan john dory with pesto sauce. Nahh today bikin martabak mini.
Gampang banget bikinnya, very2 simple, even buat gw yg ga bisa masak :p

Bahan:
Kulit Lumpia yg udah jd (beli di supermarket banyak kok)
Daging cincang 300 gr
Daun bawang secukupnya diiris tipis
Bawang putih 3 siung dicincang halus
Garam
Lada
Minyak
2 telor ayam kampung, kocok
1 telor ayam kampung utk olesan

Cara Memasak:
1. Panaskan minyak olive oil 3 sendok makan
2. Masukkan bawang putih dan daun bawang yg sudah diiris. Tumis sampai harum
3. Masukkan daging cincang, kemudian setelah stengah matang, masukkan garam dan lada sesuai selera
4. Setelah matang, angkat
5. Campurkan tumisan daging tsb ke dalam telor kampung yg sudah dikocok. Aduk
6. Letakkan 1 sendok makan adonan daging ke kulit lumpia, bentuk persegi 4
7. Panaskan minyak untuk menggoreng, kemudian goreng adonan daging (yg sudah terbungkus oleh kulit lumpia) sampai matang
8. Sajikan dengan saus sambal, selamat menikmati.
