Gw lagi browsing-browsing di internet…sampailah gw di blognya David Lebovits, gile bikin ngiler deh resep2nya. Nah berhubung gw lg getol2nya pengen bikin brownis yg okeh, jadi gw carilah resep brownis dan ktemulah gw dengan sih resep Cheesecake Brownies. Enyakkkk dehhh. This is my HG recipe for brownies😀 Nah tapi resepnya agak gw modifikasi sedikit, karena gw ga mau bikin yg manis banget, jadi gulanya gw kurangin dari resep asalnya…dan juga vanila extractnya gw tambahin. trus telornya jg gw tambahin
Without further ado…*jreng jreng jreng* i present you the Cheesecake Brownies Recipe yang udah gw modifikasi:

Cheesecake Brownies

One 9-inch (23cm) or 8-inch (20cm) square pan

For those of you who like higher brownies, use an 8-inch pan.

Adonan coklatnya:
85g unsalted butter, cut into pieces
115g bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, chopped
90g sugar
3 large eggs, at room temperature
70g flour
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
80g chocolate chips

Adonan cheesenya:
200g cream cheese, at room temperature
1 large egg yolk
50g sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

1. Line a 9-inch (23cm) or 8-inch (20cm) square pan with foil, making sure it goes up all four sides. Use two sheets if necessary. Mist with non-stick spray or grease lightly.
Lapisi loyang dengan aluminium foil, kemudian olesi shortening atau unsalted butter/margarine.

2. Preheat oven to 180C.
Panaskan oven 180C.

3. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter and chocolate over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and beat in the 2/3 cup (130g) sugar, then the eggs.
Larutkan butter dan coklat dengan api kecil di kompor. Aduk-aduk hingga meleleh. Kemudian matikan kompor, masukkan gula ke dalam adonan, aduk hingga merata dan masukkan telur bertahap, kocok hingga merata. Kocoknya bisa pake spatula atau whisk.

4. Mix in the flour, cocoa powder and salt, then the vanilla and chocolate chips. Spread evenly in the prepared pan.
Campurkan tepung, bubuk coklat dan garam, aduk-aduk, kemudian masukkan vanilla extract dan coklat chips. Aduk sampai merata. Kemudian tuang adonan ke loyang.

5. In a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese, the yolk, 5 tablespoons (75g) of sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Di mangkok besar lain, aduk cream cheese, kuning telor, gula dan vanilla extract hingga halus.

6. Distribute the cream cheese mixture in eight dollops across the top of the brownie mixture, then take a dull knife or spatula and swirl the cream cheese mixture with the chocolate batter.
Tuangkan adonan cheese diatas adonan coklat. kemudian dihias-hias dengan menggunakan spatula, ato pisau roti. bisa juga pake garpu.

7. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the batter in the center of the pan feels just set.
Panggang di oven selama 30-35 menit, atau sampai ditengah2nya udah matang.

Let cool, then lift out the foil and peel it away. Cut the brownies into squares.
Dinginkan, baru keluarkan dari loyangnya dan siap deh dimakan😉

Storage: These will keep in an airtight container for a couple of days. They also freeze well, too.
Penyimpanan: bisa disimpan di lock & lock kontainer utk bbrp hari. bisa juga di masukkan ke kulkas.

    • itu resep yang gw tulis udah dikurangin kok Yan…lo tinggal ikutin ajah resep gw. Kalo dari resep aslinya gula di adonan coklat 130 gr, gula di adonan cheese 75 gr, telor di adonan coklat 2 butir.
